Los Angeles — Actress Alexandra Daddario has confirmed that she and producer Andrew Form are ending their marriage after three years together.

A representative for the couple shared that the decision was mutual and made with respect, adding that their primary focus remains on co-parenting their young son. They have requested privacy as they move forward separately.

Daddario, 39, rose to renewed prominence for her role in HBO’s hit series The White Lotus, earning critical praise and expanding an already diverse résumé. Over the years, she has also appeared in major studio projects including Baywatch and the Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief film franchise.

The couple began dating in 2021 and became engaged later that year. They married in June 2022 in a ceremony held in New Orleans. In October 2024, they welcomed their first child together. Daddario has previously spoken candidly about the emotional challenges she experienced before becoming a mother, describing both loss and joy as part of her journey to parenthood.

Form, a longtime Hollywood producer, is known for backing successful genre films such as A Quiet Place and The Purge. He also shares two children from his previous marriage to actress Jordana Brewster.

Neither Daddario nor Form has offered additional public comment beyond the official statement. While the news marks the end of a high-profile relationship, both appear committed to maintaining stability for their family during the transition.

Daddario continues to balance her personal life with a thriving acting career, with several upcoming projects reportedly in development.
